Your cleaning is defined by the checklist you selected — not by a vague phrase like “deep clean,” a specific number of cleaners, or a set number of hours on site.
- Most appointments are completed by one cleaner. Additional cleaners may be assigned based on home size, scheduling, or service needs. Crew size does not change the agreed cleaning scope or price.
- Your service is defined by the selected checklist. Tasks not listed on your plan are not included unless added before the appointment.
- Electronics and TV screens are not wet-wiped or sprayed. We may lightly dry-dust accessible electronics when it is safe to do so.
- Pricing assumes a normally maintained home. Excessive buildup, clutter, grease, pet hair, or a long gap since professional cleaning may require an approved add-on or reschedule.
- Results on permanent stains, hard water, damage, or heavily neglected surfaces cannot be guaranteed. We clean — we do not restore, refinish, or repair.
- We do not move heavy furniture or clean blocked, unsafe, or excessively cluttered areas.

Your home’s condition matters
Online pricing assumes a normally maintained residential home. Every home is different, and buildup, pet hair, grease, hard water, clutter, or a long period without professional cleaning can require additional time or services.
If the condition of the home is significantly different from what was described when booking, we’ll discuss the available options with you before continuing. That may include adding appropriate cleaning add-ons, adjusting the scope, or rescheduling. We will never change the price without communicating with you first.
Cleaning vs. restoration
We’ll always make a reasonable effort to achieve the best cleaning result possible. Professional house cleaning cannot always restore damaged or permanently stained surfaces to like-new condition.
Hard-water etching, permanent staining, worn grout, discoloration, damaged finishes, mold, rust, and other material damage may require a specialist. Wipe Right provides residential cleaning — not repair or restoration services.
Wipe Right satisfaction process
If something included in your selected cleaning checklist was missed, contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning and send a photo of the area. We’ll review it with you and, when appropriate, arrange a complimentary touch-up of the missed checklist item.
This process applies to tasks included in the originally booked service. It does not add services or add-ons that were not part of the original cleaning.
Important note about clutter
If your home has more than about 60% clutter on surfaces or floors, we’ll clean around the items rather than moving them. For the best results, please tidy up before our visit so we can reach the areas on your checklist.
