Terms of Service
These Terms govern residential cleaning provided by Wipe Right LLC d/b/a Wipe Right Cleaning ("Wipe Right," "we," "us"). Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
1. Agreement and electronic acceptance
We ask you to affirmatively accept the identified Terms and your booking details before service. Visiting a webpage, receiving a quote, or being imported from Facebook does not by itself establish your acceptance. A quote request does not authorize an unknown future price, payment or service. If you book for someone else, you must have authority to arrange the service and property access.
Your acceptance record identifies the version presented and the related quote or booking. A later policy update does not rewrite an earlier agreement. You may request a copy of your booking and acceptance record. Electronic acceptance remains subject to applicable law.

3. Your agreed service
Your booking confirmation, written quote, selected service checklist and approved changes identify the rooms, tasks, exclusions, add-ons, condition assumptions, price and arrival window for your visit. The checklist for this version forms part of the agreement for the service selected. Any specific departure from that checklist must be clearly identified and agreed. An undisclosed note or later website change does not reduce your booked scope.
4. Cleaning services
- Budget: kitchen and bathrooms, including their floors and the listed routine tasks. Bedrooms, living areas and whole-home floors are excluded unless separately agreed.
- Standard: whole-home maintenance cleaning, including the listed accessible surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas and floors. Some earlier materials call this Premium; your actual confirmed checklist determines any historical booking's inclusions.
- Deep Clean: the listed detailed whole-home tasks, including specified wet-wiping and localized floor spot-scrubbing. It does not include every possible detail task or restoration.
- Move-out Clean: the listed empty-home tasks and specified appliance/cabinet interiors. A move-in visit uses this scope only when the confirmation says so. Empty interiors must be accessible and empty.
- Custom Clean and add-ons: only the tasks, quantities and areas expressly agreed in your confirmation. An included task is not charged again as an extra.
Service names describe a task list, not a promise of a new or flawless surface. The selected checklist controls which details are included. Unavailable or specialist work is not included merely because it was requested.
5. Excluded and specialist work
Unless specifically confirmed as a service we can safely provide, we do not move heavy furniture or appliances; clean blocked or unsafe areas; wet-clean electronic screens; wash laundry or dishes; clean exterior windows; shampoo carpets; handle valuables; provide pest control, repairs, refinishing, mold remediation or biohazard cleanup. We do not undertake hazardous work simply because an add-on was requested. We may decline methods likely to damage a surface.
6. Appointments and time
A booking is confirmed when we accept it and provide the service details. Arrival windows are estimates; we will communicate material delays or proposed changes. A material change to the date, scope or price requires your agreement. If a changed appointment does not work for you, you may cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee.
We aim for consistency on recurring visits, but a particular cleaner or exact arrival time is not guaranteed. Crew size does not change the agreed scope or price. Unless you expressly purchase a time-limited service, hours spent are an estimate for scheduling and are not a substitute for completing the agreed tasks.
7. Home condition and approved changes
Please accurately describe the home's size, rooms, condition, clutter, pets, buildup and special surfaces. The quote accounts for the condition you describe; a heavy-condition quote does not become a maintenance-only service after arrival.
If actual conditions materially differ, or unexpected conditions prevent safe completion, we will identify the affected tasks and discuss options: additional work at an agreed price, a specifically reduced scope at an agreed price, rescheduling, or stopping affected work. Extra charges and scope reductions require your express approval before proceeding. We record the change and your response. If we cannot reach you, we follow previously agreed instructions or pause the affected work; silence is not approval.
For a stopped or partial visit, charges must reflect the agreed work actually provided and any separately disclosed, expressly accepted fee under Section 10. We do not automatically charge the full cleaning price for an unperformed service because the home was dirtier than expected.
8. Cleaning standard and appearance
We perform the agreed cleaning tasks with reasonable professional care, using methods suitable for the material and the disclosed condition. We address removable dust, debris and soil covered by those tasks. Completion is assessed against the agreed tasks and safe methods, not a subjective promise of perfection, spotlessness or a like-new appearance.
Cleaning can leave a surface cleaner while visible staining, discoloration, scratches, etching, worn finish or other pre-existing damage remains. Remaining appearance alone does not establish a missed task. Equally, some improvement alone does not establish that we completed the task: ordinary removable dirt within the agreed scope still needs to be addressed.
8.1 Floors and heavy buildup
Routine floor care covers the vacuuming or sweeping and damp mopping listed for your service on suitable, accessible flooring. Where your checklist includes spot-scrubbing, that means localized stuck-on soil using suitable products and tools. Whole-floor hand-scrubbing, intensive grout cleaning, stripping, sealing, polishing, sanding, machine treatment and restoration are separate work and are excluded unless expressly agreed.
Heavy or longstanding soil may require additional agreed treatment or multiple visits. Before treating it as unfinished extra work, we distinguish the included task from any proposed additional treatment. We will not keep applying moisture, chemicals or abrasion where doing so creates an unreasonable risk of damage. We will explain an apparent limitation and seek approval for a changed scope; we do not promise that even a Deep Clean will restore a neglected or damaged floor to a uniform, spotless finish.
8.2 Time-limited visits
A time limit applies only if the confirmation expressly states the purchased cleaner-hours, priorities and price before service. One cleaner working six hours and two cleaners working three hours each provide six cleaner-hours. Breaks are not counted as active cleaning time. We record completed and remaining priorities; additional time needs approval. An internal time estimate does not convert a checklist booking to a time-limited service.
9. Prices, recurring visits and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. A quote is based on the stated information and is valid for its stated period, or 14 days if none is stated. The accepted booking price governs that visit. We disclose proposed future price changes before the affected visit and obtain agreement; we do not impose a new price retroactively.
If you expressly authorize saving a payment card, Stripe processes the card details. You authorize charges after completed visits for their agreed price and approved extras, and any separately disclosed and accepted fees. We retain payment references and transaction records, not your full card number or security code. We provide payment records and review billing disputes. There is no automatic authorization for unapproved extras.
A recurring arrangement must identify cadence and pricing. You can cancel future visits at no cancellation fee. Stopping promotional texts does not itself cancel an appointment; you may cancel by phone, text or email. A failed payment may pause future service; any retry must relate to an authorized outstanding charge.
10. Cancellation, no access and interrupted work
Cancellation and rescheduling have a $0 fee. Notify us as soon as possible by phone, text, email or an available cancellation page. We do not relabel a cancellation communicated before arrival as a no-access visit.
If we arrive and cannot safely access the home, we will attempt to contact you and document the circumstances. A no-access or wasted-visit fee applies only if its amount or calculation and trigger were separately disclosed and expressly accepted before the visit. It must be reasonable in relation to the loss and must not duplicate charges for the same loss. If no such fee was agreed, there is no automatic no-access fee. These Terms do not themselves authorize a 100% charge for an unperformed cleaning.
If we cancel or cannot perform for a reason on our side, you are not charged for the unperformed work. Any partial-service charge must follow the agreed scope and work actually provided; prepaid amounts for unperformed work are refunded except for a lawful, separately agreed charge.
11. Preparing the home
Provide safe access, necessary water and electricity, clear working space and accurate alarm instructions. Secure valuables, delicate items and pets. Tell us about hazards, special finishes, loose fixtures, damaged items and product restrictions. We document blocked or unsafe tasks and discuss any material effect on completion. Your preparation obligations do not excuse our failure to use reasonable care.
12. Fragile surfaces and pre-existing damage
Tell us about natural stone, unfinished flooring, delicate finishes, antiques, unstable furniture, cracked glass or other vulnerable items. We use suitable methods and may decline unsafe handling. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or ordinary wear that our work did not cause or worsen through a failure to exercise reasonable care. A pre-existing weakness does not automatically excuse careless handling.
13. Stains, deposits and restoration
Permanent stains, etching, scratches, oxidation, worn finishes and damaged grout or caulk may remain after cleaning. Mineral deposits, grease and other buildup are not automatically classified as permanent: whether treatment is included depends on the agreed tasks and safe methods. Mold remediation and repair are excluded. We identify apparent limitations when reasonably practicable and do not use these limitations to excuse a missed included task.
14. Pets and household safety
Please secure pets so our team can enter and work safely. Cleaning does not include pet supervision or care unless specifically agreed. We follow agreed access and containment instructions with reasonable care. We may pause or leave when an animal creates a safety risk; charges follow Section 10. Responsibility for an escape or injury depends on the facts and applicable law, not solely on the presence of a pet.
15. Customer products and equipment
We normally supply cleaning products and equipment. Tell us about allergies, sensitivities and requested products before service. We may refuse unsuitable products or methods, including those you request. A request to use your product does not excuse our negligent use of it. We do not guarantee allergen-free, sterile or medically disinfected premises unless a separately agreed service expressly provides a defined treatment.
16. Unsafe conditions
We may stop affected work or leave immediately for threats, harassment, aggressive animals, unsafe structures, exposed wiring, sharps, sewage, infestations, hazardous chemicals, unsafe temperatures or missing utilities. We will explain the issue when safe and discuss any feasible rescheduling or scope change. Work and fees remain subject to Sections 7 and 10; a safety concern does not automatically authorize the full visit price.
17. Missed tasks and quality concerns
Please contact us promptly, preferably within 24 hours, identifying the affected tasks and providing photographs when reasonably available. We review the concern against the actual agreed scope and condition. For a verified missed included task, we arrange a reasonable no-charge correction. If correction is not reasonably possible or does not resolve the issue, we assess an appropriate credit or refund for the affected work.
A complaint does not automatically require a full refund or add services that were not purchased. Permanent damage or staining is assessed under Sections 8, 12 and 13; suspected damage from our work follows Section 20. Later notice does not automatically remove legal rights. A completion acknowledgment does not waive undiscovered damage.
18. Service photographs and optional publicity
We may take limited photographs of relevant work areas to document condition, completion, quality issues and reported damage. We avoid people, children, private documents, screens, access codes and unnecessary identifying details. Access and retention follow the Privacy Policy. Routine in-home documentation does not include audio recording.
Accepting service terms does not authorize advertising use. Marketing photographs or video require separate, optional written permission identifying the approved material and intended uses. Refusing does not affect service. Identifiable people need appropriate individual authorization; we do not rely on a customer's general agreement to authorize images of every occupant or visitor. We do not use identifiable children in marketing without appropriate separate guardian authorization.
You may withdraw permission for future marketing use by contacting us. We will stop new uses and remove material from channels we control where reasonably practicable; copies already distributed by others may not be recoverable. Any more specific release must clearly explain its scope. Training should use non-identifying material or separately authorized content.
19. Wet-floor precautions
Floors can be wet or slippery during and after cleaning. Keep people and pets off affected areas until dry and follow reasonable warnings. We use suitable products, reasonable moisture control and warnings or access precautions appropriate to the situation. Expected temporary dampness is different from damage caused by excess moisture or unsuitable methods. This section does not waive responsibility for our negligent conduct or bind nonconsenting third parties.
20. Damage reports and responsibility
Report suspected damage as soon as reasonably practicable after discovery, with the location, description, discovery time and photographs if available. We review service records, may arrange a reasonable inspection and may involve our insurer. Take reasonable steps to limit further loss; urgent safety measures need not wait. Preserve relevant evidence before nonurgent repairs where practicable.
Missing a 24-hour window does not automatically waive a damage claim. We assess causation, pre-existing condition, reasonable repair or replacement and applicable law. A cleaning-price refund is not an automatic cap on responsibility for physical damage or personal injury. Insurance acceptance or denial does not by itself determine legal responsibility. Nothing in these Terms excludes fraud, intentional wrongdoing, or any liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
21. Insurance
We maintain commercial general liability insurance, subject to policy limits, conditions and exclusions. You may request a certificate. Insurance is not a promise that every incident is covered, and no statement here expands the insurer's obligations. We notify our insurer of relevant claims and coordinate any insured settlement as required.
22. Entry, keys and securing the home
You must be authorized to arrange access. We may use the agreed entry method for an authorized scheduled visit, including when you are away. A reminder does not require a reply to preserve an already-agreed visit, but it does not create new permission or override a cancellation or revocation. We will not enter or continue after access authorization has been revoked.
We use keys and codes only for authorized purposes and follow agreed alarm and locking instructions with reasonable care. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we secure the access points we used when leaving. Keep an independent means of entry. Report a lost key or security concern promptly. Responsibility for lost keys, lockouts, alarms or resulting losses is assessed under Section 20 and applicable law.
23. Communication
When you agree to service texts, we may send quotes, appointment updates, access questions and payment information. Frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact us directly. We can arrange another communication method. Agreeing to these service terms does not provide consent to unrelated promotional texts. Any promotional permission is obtained separately where required.
24. Reviews and direct arrangements
You may give an honest review or report a concern without a contractual penalty. A correction or refund is not conditional on removing a protected review. Cleaning privately arranged with a worker outside a Wipe Right booking is not represented as a Wipe Right service. These Terms impose no automatic worker-placement fee.
25. Website and intellectual property
Our original website content and materials belong to us or our licensors. You may keep your booking, checklist and accepted policy copies for personal records, complaints and legal use. This section does not restrict protected reviews or lawful use of evidence.
26. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling and choices. It is not a release of cleaning-quality, property-damage or injury claims. Marketing permissions are separate from service acceptance.
27. Events beyond reasonable control
Weather, outages or emergencies may prevent a visit. We will communicate and discuss rescheduling when reasonably practicable. You are not charged for work we do not provide, except as lawfully and expressly agreed under Section 10. This does not excuse avoidable failures to use reasonable care.
28. Concerns and disputes
Please contact us so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. This request does not prevent you from using a court, insurer, payment dispute process or regulator, and does not shorten a legal deadline. Arizona law governs to the extent permitted by applicable law. Venue and small-claims eligibility follow applicable law. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to small claims.
29. Severability and nonwaivable rights
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Failing to enforce one provision does not waive it for every later visit. Nothing here reduces nonwaivable consumer rights or authorizes one person to waive another person's rights without authority.
30. Booking records
These accepted Terms, the selected checklist, confirmed quote and booking, and mutually approved changes form the service agreement. Keep your copy. Conflicting promises or errors should be resolved before service; a general disclaimer does not silently erase a specific agreed inclusion.
31. Future versions
We publish versioned copies. Material changes to terms, scope or price are presented for agreement before the affected future service. They do not apply retroactively merely because this webpage changed or you received a reminder. A new record must reflect a new act of acceptance, not an inferred or backdated one.
