Privacy Policy
Version 2026-10-27 · Updated October 27, 2026
Wipe Right LLC d/b/a Wipe Right Cleaning handles personal information to provide residential cleaning, operate our website and respond to customers. This policy explains those practices and your choices. It does not waive responsibility for cleaning quality, damage or injury.
1. Information we handle
- Quotes and bookings: contact details, service address, home layout and condition, pets, requested tasks, scheduling preferences, access instructions and service history.
- Communications: messages, support requests, call information and, where a call feature uses recording or transcription with the applicable notice or consent, recordings and transcripts.
- Service records: relevant condition/completion photographs, incident reports, accepted terms versions, responses, timestamps, approved changes and related booking records.
- Payments: transaction amounts, status, Stripe customer/payment-method references and limited card details such as brand and last four digits. Stripe handles full card numbers and security codes; those are not stored in our customer database.
- Website activity: device/browser information, IP address, approximate location, referral and advertising identifiers, page activity, interactions and analytics/session-replay data.
Information may come from you, a person arranging service with authority, our service team, payment/communications providers or a lead form you submit on a platform such as Facebook.
2. Why we use it
We use relevant information to prepare quotes, arrange and perform service, manage access, communicate, process authorized payments, investigate quality or damage concerns, preserve agreement records, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Website analytics and advertising tools help us measure visits and campaigns. Promotional messages and publicity use of home images follow separate choices described below.
3. Service photos and marketing permission
Limited property photographs document relevant condition, completed work and disputes. Our team should avoid people, children, private paperwork, screens, access codes and unnecessary identifying details. Routine in-home documentation does not include audio. Access to service records is limited according to the work people need to perform.
Operational photographs are not automatically advertising material. Marketing use requires separate, optional permission for the identified material and intended uses. Declining does not affect cleaning service. You can withdraw permission for future use; we will stop new uses and remove material from channels we control where reasonably practicable, although copies distributed by others may remain. We seek appropriate separate authorization for identifiable individuals rather than relying on one customer's general agreement.
4. Providers and recipients
- Service team and administration: assigned cleaners and authorized staff or assistants receive information needed for service, scheduling, support or incident handling. Some personnel may work remotely outside the United States.
- Storage and hosting: Google Firebase and hosting/security providers such as Cloudflare support our website and business records.
- Payments: Stripe processes payments and related fraud or dispute information. Stripe privacy policy.
- Communications and AI assistance: providers including Twilio, OpenAI and ElevenLabs may process relevant messages, call content or booking context for communications, transcription, summaries and service assistance. Avoid sending access codes, financial details or unrelated sensitive information in ordinary messages when a dedicated method is available. Ask for staff review if an automated response is unclear.
- Analytics and advertising: Meta Pixel and server-side conversion features, Google Analytics/Tag Manager, Microsoft Advertising UET and Microsoft Clarity may receive website events, identifiers and relevant conversion information. Clarity can capture website interactions for session replay; this is different from a camera recording in your home.
- Claims and legal matters: insurers, advisers, payment-dispute participants or authorities may receive relevant information when necessary to investigate an incident, assert or defend rights, or comply with law.
We use providers according to their applicable agreements and roles. Advertising platforms may also process information under their own policies; they are not all limited to acting solely on our instructions. See Meta, Google, Microsoft, Twilio, OpenAI and ElevenLabs.
5. Cookies and advertising choices
Cookies, pixels and similar tools support necessary website functions, analytics and advertising. You can manage cookies through your browser and advertising choices through the relevant platforms. Blocking cookies may affect some functions and may not by itself prevent all server-side conversion processing.
We do not exchange customer lists for money. Some advertising disclosures may nevertheless be treated as a sale or sharing for targeted advertising under laws that apply. Contact us to request an applicable opt-out and identify the relevant account or browser where reasonably necessary. We will assess and honor rights that apply to your information; this policy does not claim that every state privacy statute applies to our business.
6. Messages and calls
When you consent to service texts, we use your number for requested quotes, appointment updates, access questions and payment information. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help, or contact us. You may arrange another communication method. Promotional text permission is separate where required and is not inferred merely from visiting the website or a Facebook source label.
Call recording, transcription and AI-assisted phone features are separate from in-home photographs. Applicable notices and consent must be provided for those features. Contact us if you want an alternative way to communicate. We do not treat these service terms as unlimited consent to intercept private conversations.
7. Retention and access
We retain information for the period reasonably needed for its purpose, considering service history, accounting, legal obligations and disputes. Booking/consent records and approved changes support the agreement; incident records may need longer preservation when a claim is anticipated. Operational photos should not be kept indefinitely solely because they were easy to collect. Marketing material follows the separate permission and withdrawal process.
Access instructions should remain current and available only while needed for authorized service. Tell us when a code changes or access is revoked. We review deletion or restriction requests subject to lawful recordkeeping, dispute preservation and backup limitations. A legal preservation duty can delay deletion; it does not authorize new marketing use.
8. Security and international processing
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information, including authentication, access restrictions and secure transport where supported. No system is completely secure. This policy does not promise that every system has been independently audited or that every category of data uses the same encryption controls.
Providers and authorized staff may process information in the United States and other countries. We consider the applicable provider terms and legal requirements; merely using our website is not a blanket waiver of protections that apply to an international transfer.
9. Requests and choices
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, a marketing opt-out or a change to recording permission. We may need proportionate identity or authority verification; do not email full card numbers or identity documents unless a suitable verification process has been arranged. We respond under applicable deadlines and explain any lawful limitation or required retention.
California and other state residents may have additional rights, including applicable sale/sharing opt-outs and protection from unlawful discrimination, where the relevant law covers our business and information. You can submit a request even if you are unsure whether a statute applies. Service acceptance does not waive those rights.
10. Children
Our quote and booking services are intended for adults. We do not ask children to submit personal information. Cleaners should avoid capturing children in service photographs. If incidental capture or a child's submission is reported, we review and remove or restrict it as appropriate, subject to any lawful evidence-preservation requirement. Identifiable children are not included in marketing without appropriate separate guardian authorization.
11. Updates
We identify updates by date and retain versioned copies. Material changes are communicated as required by applicable law, and new permission is obtained where required. A policy update does not retroactively create consent for earlier marketing, recordings or service terms.
