Every Wipe Right cleaning follows this checklist. Your job is defined by the plan you select — not by cleaner count, hours on site, or a vague phrase like “deep clean.”
Service plans
Budget Cleaning is designed for routine upkeep of the areas that matter most — a simple, affordable option for regularly maintained homes.
Premium Cleaning is our recommended whole-home cleaning. Premium adds detailed dusting, beds, whole-home floors, and additional surface cleaning for a more complete reset.
If you’re looking for what many cleaning companies call a “deep clean,” choose Premium and add the detail services your home actually needs. You only pay for the additional detail you want.
Before we arrive
A few clear statements — repeated at booking — so you know exactly what you purchased.
Transparency
How we handle difficult conditions, pricing changes, and damage — so we're always on the same page.
If a home is excessively dirty, unsafe, or beyond the scope of the service booked, we reserve the right to reject or stop service on arrival or during the clean. This protects our team and ensures we can deliver quality work where conditions allow.
When possible, we'll discuss options with you first — such as rescheduling after preparation, upgrading to Premium, or adding extra work.
We do not clean biohazardous situations. This includes, but is not limited to:
Blood, bodily fluids, sewage, mold remediation, hoarding-level conditions, needle/sharps, chemical spills, asbestos, lead paint dust, and any environment that poses a health risk to our cleaners.
If we encounter hazardous conditions on site, we will stop work immediately and may decline to continue. Specialized remediation companies are required for these situations.
Online pricing assumes a normally maintained residential home. Buildup, pet hair, grease, hard water, clutter, or a long period without professional cleaning can require additional time or services.
If the condition is significantly different from what was described when booking, we’ll discuss options before continuing — adding add-ons, adjusting the scope, or rescheduling. We never change the price without communicating with you first.
Your appointment may be completed by one cleaner or a cleaning team, depending on the home, schedule, and availability. Most appointments are completed by one professional cleaner.
Crew size does not change your selected cleaning scope or price. We prioritize the same cleaner and a consistent day/time whenever possible, but we do not guarantee a particular cleaner or an exact same day and time for every visit.
We’ll make a reasonable effort to achieve the best cleaning result possible. Professional house cleaning cannot always restore damaged or permanently stained surfaces to like-new condition.
Hard-water etching, permanent staining, worn grout, discoloration, damaged finishes, mold, and rust may require a specialist. Wipe Right provides residential cleaning — not repair or restoration.
If something included in your selected cleaning checklist was missed, contact us within 24 hours and send a photo of the area. When appropriate, we’ll arrange a complimentary touch-up of that missed checklist item.
This process applies to tasks included in the originally booked service. It does not add services or add-ons that weren’t part of the original cleaning.
You can cancel or reschedule at no charge. Please tell us as soon as you can so we can free the slot.
If our team arrives and cannot reasonably access the home, 100% of the booked price may be charged as a no-access visit.
If something is damaged during your clean, please report it to us as soon as possible. We can submit an insurance claim on your behalf to help cover the loss.
If insurance does not fully cover the damage, our maximum refund is up to the full dollar amount you paid for that cleaning service — we will not reimburse more than the cost of the appointment itself.
Your appointment
What happens after you book and how we keep you in the loop.
After you book, we'll send you a text message the day before your scheduled cleaning to remind you of your appointment — including the date and arrival window when possible.
Please make sure the phone number on your booking is correct so you don't miss the reminder. Reply to that message or contact us if you need to reschedule.
We recommend securing pets, clearing access to rooms being cleaned, and removing valuables. If anything about your home has changed since booking (extra rooms, heavier buildup, etc.), let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
